Yoga is Your Natural State

We were planning a vacation to the Bahamas and didn’t want our daughter to miss too much gymnastic time. We contacted Bahamas Star Gymnastics to see if she could attend a few days while we were there. My daughter was quite nervous coming to a new Gym but the girls and staff were so nice and made my daughter feel very welcomed. The gym, staff and students were wonderful and I would highly recommend it. We look forward to visiting again next time we are in the Bahamas!

Bahama Star Gym was more than accommodating for me and my two gymnasts to visit their gym for a week. We were on vacation in the Bahamas and wanted to experience the gymnastics there. The coaches treated my daughters like their own and put just as much effort into training them as they did their own gymnasts! The whole experience was fantastic! They received training, strength, and also dance instruction. We met some amazing young girls and their families. Given the chance, we would definitely return to Bahama Star Gym in a heartbeat!!"
